A collaborative endeavor between Lakshya Trust and Humsafar Trust to empower marginalized communities and bridge the gap to vital social protections through a comprehensive and strategic approach. The orgs train social service representatives who then actively engage with community members, facilitating their journey to acquire essential identification cards, establish bank accounts, and gain access to vital social protection services.

Barcelona Pride
Barcelona, Spain - July 2023
Out for Equality was once again thrilled to support Barcelona Pride. This year, some of our board members traveled to Spain to join the festivities and march in one of the largest LGBTQIA+ Pride celebrations in Europe.
Sofia Pride 2023
Sofia, Bulgaria - June 2023
Despite all the threats, the dilapidated projections, torrential rain and targeted aggression towards Bulgarian citizens in recent months, GLAS Foundation gathered thousands of Bulgarians at a peaceful march in the center of Sofia for the largest human rights event in Bulgaria - all in the name of love and the fight for equal rights of the LGBTI+ community.
Protest Against Ugandan "Kill the Gays" Bill
Cape Town, South Africa - April 2023
The Out For Equality team joined LGBTQIA+ activists in Cape Town, South Africa where they marched to protest the Ugandan law criminalizing homosexuality and imposing the death penalty for so called "aggravated homosexuality".
